REKKON started where every important fire service idea starts — at the kitchen table, on the apparatus floor, watching the senior man retire and realizing nobody had written any of it down.
We saw departments losing decades of building memory, incident wisdom, and operational instinct every year. We saw young firefighters inheriting binders that no one had touched in a decade. And we decided to build the infrastructure the fire service deserved — not another product, not another vendor — but a platform that preserves the things that actually keep crews safe.
