By accessing or using the REKKON Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and only for the operational purposes of your department.

Intellectual Property

REKKON Systems retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform. Content you upload remains yours; you grant REKKON the rights necessary to operate the platform on your behalf.

Termination

Either party may terminate access under the conditions of the applicable service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REKKON's liability is limited as set forth in the applicable service agreement.
